Communication....a very important thing while raiding or really anything in general. However, communication is also neutral, it can be used for good or for ill.
Communucation can be: verbal (talking etc) or visual (written, videos, diagrams etc).
Why is communication important? If one does not listen...one does not learn, take in, absorb information one needs to succeed. Without being able to convey information, one cannot impart knowledge to others.
In raids...information needs to be conveyed and people need to listen lol. That can be a tough issue...as it appears in a 25 man raid, it can be like herding cats.
A bad example of communication failing, healing Rotface last 10 man raid time....me and Del were healing the wrong assignments...information was miscommunicated. Lets say that did not work out too well.
A perfect sterling shining example of when people listen - last night Shadow Rising went and took on the 25 ToTc. Went smoothly for the most part. The Valkyr fight then came up....this was the fight which kicked are are last time. Walked in....assignments given, quarters assigned....roflstomped those overgrown chickens.
That Alliance NE spy Del...posted on his blog (don't know how to link stuffs) but he wrote a very believable entry where it sounded like everything that could go wrong went wrong. I believed him for a second...till the very end. Someone sounds like they need attention!!!!!!!!!
The Rotface issue was partly my fault. I still forget about healing assignments sometimes. You guys just normally seem to magically figure it out.

Nah sorak forgot i was not in that group and posted assignments in p-chat...but my fault as well for assuming.
